I had a great stay at the hotel! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was incredibly helpful and professional. The location was convenient, close to restaurants and attractions. The dining experience needed a bit more attention but overall, it was a pleasant experience.

My stay at Holiday Inn was overall pleasant. The rooms were clean and cozy, but some renovation issues like a white powdery substance in the hallway affected the experience. The staff provided excellent service, being friendly, efficient, and offering helpful advice. The hotel's location near White Sands National Monument and various dining options was convenient. Dining was enjoyable with a good variety of options, although there were some minor issues. Facilities were sufficient, though improvements could be made.
